Alvarez said Rio Verde could offer a much lower price that will be affordable for consumers even if MCWD will add its expenses on water distribution and profit in the water bill. Paredes said Rio Verde must first undergo pre-qualification by submitting documents within the 60-day period from the official launching of the project.
